We currently have a vacancy for a full time Tour Coordinator in our Private Groups Department.
Tour Coordinators are involved with all parts of the tour sale and administrative process. That includes a wide range of tasks from taking quote requests from clients to producing quotations and from administering tour operations and checking invoices to arranging supplier payments. The position involves regular liaison with clients and suppliers by telephone and email.
The successful applicant will work as part of a small team. A key skill required is the ability to work accurately, and quickly, with very close attention to detail.
