Tour Coordinator (full-time and permanent)
Due to an increase in business we currently have a vacancy for a Tour Coordinator in our UK and Ireland Tours Department and in our European Tours Department.
Tour Coordinators are involved with all parts of the sales and operations/administration process. That includes a wide range of tasks, from taking quote requests from clients to administering tour operations and from checking invoices to arranging supplier payments. It is an interesting and challenging role that involves regular liaison with clients and suppliers by telephone and email.
The successful applicants will work as part of a team. A key skill required is the ability to work accurately, and quickly, with close attention to detail.
