Tour Coordinator (full-time and permanent)
We currently have a vacancy for a Tour Coordinator in our UK and Ireland Tours Department.
Tour Coordinators are involved with all parts of the tour sale and administrative process. That includes a wide range of tasks from taking quote requests to producing quotations, and from administering tour operations and checking invoices to arranging supplier payments. It requires regular liaison with clients and suppliers by telephone and in writing.
The successful applicant will have excellent standards of spoken and written English. A key skill is the ability to work accurately and quickly, with close attention to detail. This interesting and rewarding position is ideally suited to a team player who will take personal responsibility for tasks.
A sound general geographical knowledge is required and a keen interest in travel and culture is desirable. Travel or hospitality industry experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
