Manchester

Manchester is a city transformed during the festive period, offering visitors a selection of themed markets throughout its bustling streets. The award-winning markets are the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit with their amazing selection of food, drink and gifts.

Winchester

The Cathedral Christmas Market is renowned for its wonderful location, high quality exhibitors, gifts, decorations and festive foods. Inspired by traditional German Christmas Markets, the pretty wooden chalets are situated in the historic inner close surrounding a real ice rink.

Edinburgh

Stallholders based in Frankfurt bring a taste of medieval times to the city, with gifts, food and drink including: sausages, fried potato cakes, pancakes, German beer and Glühwein. Christmas fairs, an ice rink and traditional highland activities complete the city's festive fun.

Lincoln

The UK's oldest Christmas Market, now has over 250 stalls offering a treasure trove of local goods and German crafts, food and drink from its twin town Neustadt. The perfect backdrop for this traditional festive event is the magnificent gothic cathedral and Norman castle.

Cologne

Roman heritage and Germany's most visited city provides the backdrop to six Christmas markets, each with a distinct character. The most impressive of these is held at Cologne Cathedral. An enormous Christmas tree and live music leave visitors awestruck and inspired.

Brussels

The Baroque facades and the Town Hall in the Grand Place are illuminated and festooned with garlands. Kraków

Distinctive stalls housed inside giant wooden barrels make Kraków's Christmas Market, something special. Sellers provide local crafts, mulled wine, sausages and fried highland cheese. The scene is complemented by the setting, one of the largest medieval squares in Europe.

Prague
